Common login problems & solutions
Device not detected
Try a different USB cable or port, disable browser extensions that may block USB, restart Ledger Live, and ensure Bridge (if used) is installed.
Permission prompts not appearing
Restart the browser and Ledger Live. If using WebUSB, ensure the browser supports it and the site is trusted.
Firmware mismatch or update required
Follow the firmware update flow in Ledger Live and keep a copy of your recovery seed before updating.
Network or syncing issues
Check your internet connection, try a different network, or restart Ledger Live. Large account syncs may take time on first use.

If these steps don't fix the issue, collect logs from Ledger Live and contact Ledger Support with device model, firmware version, OS, and a screenshot of any errors.
